| She's gorgeous, PLEASE ask for pics! She's 11 yo and about 12hh. Very stocky, so some say she looks like a Halflinger (no papers, I was told she was 1/2 welsh by previous owner). She is VERY experienced under saddle. We used her for pony parties and she was great! Not at all spooky, she was always the leader of the bunch. Once you put a bit in her mouth, she's ready for SPEED! She'll do great at playdays and youth rodeos (that's what she did until she was 9 yo). I bet she'd make a great mama, too! I have lunged her over fences as well. I don't want to let her go, but we've moved out of state and I think it would be best for her to find a new home. She is still in Texas with a friend. Cocoa is a great gelding with a wonderful personality. He can get nervous around new people, but once he bonds with a person, he's like your big puppy dog! We did use him for pony parties, so he's very familiar with a saddle. He didn't do well with new kids every 5 minutes, so we think he'd be better off at a home with familiar folks. He did have 2 weeks pro training with a bridle and snaffle bit and he has been lunged over some jumps. He's very pretty and I have pics to send if you request them. |
Pete has been used for pony parties, but is still young and I wouldn't consider him "bombproof". He is safe around children and has never offered to bite or kick. He is the cutest little guy! I have pics to email by request. You should know he has a detached retina in his right eye. He cannot see out of it, but it looks normal and always will. Ties, loads, leads well. No vices or health problems. Current coggins, ready to go! Not registered. |
